Comparison of ACH Payment Providers?

Would like more info on firms selling ACH services for merchants and other sellers. I see each has a monthly fee of USD 50 per month down to as low as USD 10 per month, with fees of 20 to 50 cents per transaction and some with a setup fee. Any recommendations? Would pay more for the best service since not so expense, but want to have good service and software.
