usa credit withdrew 149.00 dollars from my account. I did not authorize anyone to take money out of my account.

I checked my act this morning @ 11:23am and noticed an ACH transaction for 9.95 withdrawn from bank acct. I NEVER gave permission for USA CREDIT to take my money. I don’t know who the heck USA CREDIT is. There was an ph # 1-800-685-7354 which I called to speak to an accts repersentive for the USA CREDIT and its affiliats, but there was an spanish voicemail, so there was langauge barrier on my part, and there isnt an alternative language/and or a way to contact customer service. Just audible beep to leave an message an NO ONE HAS NOT CONTACTED ME…Im VERY outrage. I WANT MY DAMN MONEY BACK. I’m hoping to STOPPED future ACH to this UNKNOWN COMPANY
USA CREDIT.
I searched google was directed to an site called "RIPPED OFF" and it has reports so far as 870 reports from ppl about USA CREDIT, and where I as well others have the same ach transaction withdrawn, from accts nationwide.
Update about USA CREDIT
It seems thhat on July 16, 2007 I applied for an Imagine Credit card, which is suppose to give an credit limit of 0, along with an ,500 spending limit, I never recieved no confirmation since that day i applied online, there was suppose to be only an transaction fee of .95, I was waiting to be approved. So imagine my disgust when I check my acct as I normally do, and see an transaction Im not aware of, for items I do not have in my possesion, that I have not made any purchases for. Along with fees of an substantial amount, that defeats the pupose for ANY credit card.

    I called the phone number for you and got the run around. You need to contact your bank immediately. If it’s a case of fraud, they should investigate.

    Update: I’ve been acting like a bloodhound for you on this one. *lol* I found a site that gives you very good instructions on what to do. I highly recommend you follow it’s advice.
