My husband is over seas and is taking a lot of money out– looks like this, "ACH Transaction – US TREAS – EAGLE CASH KIOSK" Any military folks know this?

    Sorry I can’t answer this for you, but with all the scams/hacking going on these days, you should verify with your husband that he is indeed the one making the withdrawals.
